"Frustrating site with no real help"
I had such a hard time using this site. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and then the checkout kept freezing on me. What made it even more annoying was that there didn’t seem to be any actual person to talk to for help, just automated stuff that didn’t really solve anything.
"Looked nice at first, but didn’t hold up"
I liked the way it looked when it arrived, but the brim bent way quicker than I expected. It just didn’t feel like it was going to last. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because i never really trust that they’ll do much besides waste my time

"Frustrating checkout, then a bit of relief"
The ordering process kind of stressed me out. The checkout steps were confusing, and I kept wondering if I’d done something wrong. Then I felt a little better once the confirmation finally came through, but it arrived late, so the whole experience left me more annoyed than anything.

"Nice craftsmanship, but the uneven brim was stressful"
The weave is actually really nice and you can tell some care went into it, but the brim came a bit uneven. I wasn’t expecting to have to fuss with it or feel stressed about fixing the shape right out of the box, so that was frustrating. Overall it’s decent, just not quite perfect.

"Packaging really made me question ordering again"
The hat showed up squashed because the box was so flimsy. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the packaging felt careless, and it definitely made me lose a bit of trust in how they handle shipments.

"Communication was okay, but things kept shifting"
They did get back to me in the end, but I had to follow up once to get a proper response. It wasn’t awful, just slower than I expected. What annoyed me more was that the terms seemed to change a bit along the way, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had to exchange for a different size, and the return process was simple enough. It did take a few days longer than I expected, especially compared to other shops I’ve ordered from, but everything got sorted in the end

"Not really worth paying extra for"
I spent more than I usually do on a hat, assuming the higher price would mean better quality, but it just didn’t feel that way to me. It’s fine, I guess, but basic overall. I usually expect pricier stuff to feel a little more premium, and this didn’t. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"The hat looked decent when I first put..."
The hat looked decent when I first put it on, but it got uncomfortable fast. After about 10 minutes it felt tight around my head and even left marks, which that part was weird. I tried adjusting it a few different ways but it didn’t really help. I wouldn’t wear it again.

"Maybe I expected too much"
I went in thinking there’d be a good selection of Panama hats, but there just wasn’t much that caught my eye. Maybe I was being too picky, but a lot of them looked really similar, and the sizes and styles felt limited. For a site that’s all about hats, I guess I assumed there would be more to choose from. I ended up not buying anything, which was a bit disappointing.

"I sent my hat back thinking the refund..."
I sent my hat back thinking the refund would be simple, especially because I’ve had smoother experiences with them before. It used to feel a lot more straightforward, but this time it turned into a bit of a hassle and I had to follow up more than once just to get an update.
The replies were slow, and by the end I was tired of waiting. I did get the refund eventually, but the whole process put me off ordering again. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me the refund handling felt poor compared to how it used to be.

"Helpful support when my order got a little mixed up"
I had a small issue with my delivery address after placing my order, and I was expecting it to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations.
To my surprise, they replied the same day and got it sorted smoothly. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t make me feel like I’d messed everything up, even though the mistake was on my end. The person I dealt with came across friendly and normal, not pushy or overly formal.
I’m giving 4 stars because the first response was a little brief, so I did have to follow up with one extra question. But overall, I felt taken care of, and based on this experience I’d be happy to order from them again.
"Nice hat, just not a total standout"
Not gonna lie, the hat does look nice and I like the classic style. The color was a little different from what I expected based on the photos, but it’s not bad, just not exactly what I had in mind. It works well enough with summer outfits, so I’ll still wear it. Overall, it’s a decent-looking hat, but I wasn’t exactly blown away.

"Felt Cheap and Like My Concerns Didn’t Matter"
I was disappointed as soon as the hat showed up. It felt thin and flimsy, especially for the price, and the brim was noticeably uneven. It also didn’t sit right on my head, so it just looked awkward no matter how I adjusted it.
After wearing it only a couple of times, it already started losing its shape. it feels cheap, and when I tried to bring up the issue, I got the sense it was kind of brushed off. Wouldn’t buy it again.

"Sizing just feels wrong"
I had a gut feeling when I pulled it out that the sizing was going to be off, and unfortunately I was right. It fits way too tight and definitely doesn’t feel true to size

"Took a little longer than I hoped"
The hat did show up eventually and it was totally fine, so I’m not really upset about the product itself. I guess I just felt a bit frustrated waiting around without many updates, especially because I was expecting it sooner. Not a huge deal, but the slower delivery did take some of the excitement out of it.
